Transformation starts with a Foundation
Your health journey is never-ending. Being healthy is not an end goal, rather it’s a vehicle to live your most abundant life, and achieving every goal you set for yourself.
I remember at the start of my journey I always felt so frustrated and overwhelmed. It was this increasing sense of unknown and my focus was on what everybody else was sharing or doing. It wasn’t until I started to look in the mirror and decide how it was that I wanted to feel. How I wanted my journey to be. How my body and my mind felt best.
Speaking of trends, can we stop with them? Diet culture is toxic and so is the “that girl” trend. You have bio-individual needs and I promise you won’t discover them by doing what is “viral”.
Anyway, my biggest transformations happen when I’m aligned with my bio-individuality and consistently lean on my foundation.
I know you’ve heard this before but you MUST trust the process. You MUST have patience with yourself and your journey. There is no need to rush and the best thing you can do is focus on one step at a time.
Having a healthy foundation to build upon is truly the key to your health journey and experience personal transformations. Take your time with this because the foundational habits with your nutrition and mindset are the building blocks to continued growth and consistency.
When these foundational habits happen automatically and specifically based on situational cues, your growth is truly endless. This is why I mentioned earlier that “being healthy” isn’t an end goal, but rather the vehicle to change, grow, and accomplish your goals.
A few benefits I’ve experienced with forming a foundation:
Able to embrace change easily
Able to adapt to new routines effortlessly
Increased confidence and self-awareness
Improved boundaries
Improved physical and mental health
Structure within my daily routine
Transformation starts with a foundation and creates a major ripple effect within your life. When you form your foundation you will see improvement and change in your creativity, finances, physical activity, home-cooking, overall joy, health, environment, and more. This ripple effect is powerful and it will also influence your family, partner, friend, or co-workers. People start to notice and they want to know what you’re doing. You’re creating a ripple effect, transforming into your most authentic and abundant self, one day at a time.
